アメリカの民事訴訟法を取り扱う"Civil Procedure (Concepts and Insights)"

連邦裁判所と州裁判所の2系統あり、日本の裁判所より複雑なアメリカの裁判システムですが、基本的な説明が多く、日本の民事訴訟法の大事な部分に関しても気付きが多かったです。モヤモヤわからない感じはだいぶ解消しました。
この本は、FOUNDATION PRESS社の"Concepts and Insights"シリーズ全72巻のうちの1冊です。概説書ながら、判例を丁寧に挙げつつ基本的な箇所を解説するスタイルで、この前まで読んでいた、"Oxford Introductions to U.S. Law"シリーズ全8巻と同様の作りで安心して読めました。
Oxfordのシリーズにはない科目は、"Concepts and Insights"シリーズで学習を進めたいと思います。
次は、刑事訴訟法(Criminal Procedure-Adjudication)を読みます。
